Little Nomad provides rental baby gear services. As such, the concept of returns differs from traditional product purchases.

1. Condition of Items Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect rental items immediately upon delivery.

If an item is received in:

• damaged condition
• incomplete condition
• incorrect item delivered

the customer must notify Little Nomad within 12 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or phone.

Upon verification, Little Nomad will make reasonable efforts to:

• replace the item, or
• provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

2. Return of Rental Items

All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.

Items must:

• include all accessories and components
• not be tampered with or modified
• not be returned in unsanitary or damaged condition.

Customers are responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of items during the rental period.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following situations:

• damage caused by misuse or negligence
• missing components or accessories
• items returned in unsanitary condition
• late cancellation after delivery has been completed.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed only to the original payment method used for the booking.

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed or attempted.
