  1. Delivery Coverage

Little Nomad provides delivery and collection of rental baby gear primarily within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery may be carried out by:

  • Little Nomad team members, or
  • Authorized third-party courier partners.

Delivery is available to:

  • Homes
  • Hotels
  • Serviced apartments
  • Vacation rentals (Airbnb)
  • Other residential or hospitality locations within the UAE.
  1. Delivery Time

Delivery within UAE cities is typically completed within 1–2 working days, depending on product availability, delivery location, and scheduling.

Customers will receive confirmation of the delivery date and time window once the booking has been confirmed.

To avoid delays, customers must provide:

  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact phone number
  • Accurate delivery location details (home, hotel, serviced apartment, etc.)

Little Nomad is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  1. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment confirmation.

Delivery fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size or equipment type
  • Delivery timing requirements

Any applicable delivery fees will be shown to the customer before completing the booking.

  1. Delivery Process

All items are professionally inspected, cleaned, and sanitized using baby-safe and eco-friendly products before delivery.

Upon arrival, the delivery will be considered completed once the item has been received by:

  • The customer, OR
  • A hotel reception, concierge, host, or authorized individual at the provided delivery address.

Customers may be required to sign or confirm a proof of delivery receipt confirming the items received.

Little Nomad retains delivery confirmation records for verification purposes.

  1. Failed Delivery

Delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The customer is unavailable to receive the items
  • Access to the premises is restricted or denied

In such cases:

  • Delivery fees will not be refunded
  • A new delivery attempt may incur additional charges.
  1. Multiple Deliveries or Collections

In some cases, bookings may involve multiple deliveries or collections.

Customers acknowledge that multiple bookings, orders, or shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

  1. International Deliveries

At this time, Little Nomad primarily operates within the United Arab Emirates.
International deliveries may not be available unless explicitly confirmed by Little Nomad.
