  1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made with Little Nomad may be cancelled and refunded.

By placing a booking, you agree to this policy.

  1. Cancellation by Customer

2.1 Cancellation Before Delivery

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation relative to the confirmed delivery date.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date:
    → Eligible for a full refund (excluding any non-refundable service fees if applicable).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery:
    → May be subject to partial refund at Little Nomad’s discretion.
  • Cancellations made on the day of delivery or after delivery has been attempted:
    → Non-refundable.
  1. Cancellation After Delivery

Once items have been delivered or accepted at the delivery location:

  • Rental fees are non-refundable.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds.
  1. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Inability to access premises

The booking may be considered fulfilled and delivery fees will not be refunded.

Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds:

  • Will be processed back to the original payment method only.
  • Will not be issued in cash.
  • May take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on the issuing bank and Telr processing timelines.

Little Nomad is not responsible for delays caused by banks or card issuers.

  1. Security Deposit Refunds

Security deposits are refunded separately in accordance with our Payment & Security Deposit Policy.

Refund of deposits occurs only after:

  • Item inspection
  • Confirmation that no damage or loss has occurred
  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Customer misuse of rental items
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Failure to return items
  • Late cancellation outside permitted timeframe
  • Delivery refusal after dispatch
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  1. Force Majeure

Little Nomad shall not be liable for cancellation or refund obligations arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Airport closures
  • Natural disasters
  • Travel disruptions
  • Public emergencies
  1. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Little Nomad first to resolve any dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Investigation
  • Account suspension
  • Recovery of administrative fees
