Do you deliver to hotels and serviced apartments?

Yes. We deliver to homes, hotels, and serviced apartments across Dubai.

Can you deliver to the airport?

Airport delivery is available upon request, depending on timing and availability. Please contact us to arrange this service.

What if my travel plans change?

We understand that plans change, especially when traveling with little ones. Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What happens if an item gets damaged?

Normal wear is expected. In case of significant damage, please refer to our rental terms or reach out to us — we’re here to help.
